The club has made the decision to change the name of our Evening 10 TT series to “The Clin Maisey Evening 10 Mile Time Trial Series” to honour our staunchest and most loyal member for all the hard work and dedication he has given to the club his whole adult life.
Everyone knows Clin – he’s been ever present, representing the club through good times and bad. He has helped and supported cyclists his whole life – that’s what he does.

We now have a TT series in his honour and there will be a new special cup awarded to the overall winner of the series and a number of additional prizes.
The 20-event Evening 10 series will be run across the familiar Q10/20 and Q10/45 courses at Iwade, starting Wednesday 29th April 2026.
The events start progressively later as evening daylight increases until 17th June (7.45pm start), and then starts earlier from the 22nd July event (7.15pm start).
Sign-on will again be at The Woolpack car park (17 The Street, Iwade, Sittingbourne ME9 8SH), with sign on closing 15 minutes before first rider is off.
Please note these conditions which may affect your ability to ride:
- FRONT and REAR lights are MANDATORY
- Sign on closes 15 minutes before first off
- Under 18’s cannot ride on the Q10/45 (Iwade to Cowstead roundabout) course
- Helmets must be worn
Entry remains £5 and entry is open to guests who are members of Cycling Time Trials (CTT) affiliated clubs. See event details on the CTT website here.
Riders of all ability and gender are very welcome and can become temporary members of Wigmore CC for an additional £2 if not already a member of another CTT affiliated club.
